Dicks Beware

It will be interesting to see what sentence the fellow who ran over all the cyclists will receive. His lawyer says it was a momentary lapse in judgement and he thought he hit a post. I have been in court enough times watching people lying their ass off to save their skin. How can you run over 5 people and not notice? Not only the impact, but the screams of the injured would be a compelling secondary clue.
